Below are some of the exercises that we teach in our office. Please use these as a reference/review of exercises we've given you, or as resources if we've not yet met.
REMEMBER, you never should do exercises that increase your pain. The goal of our exercises are always to work in your functional range (the exercise level and type that is appropriate to help you become more stable and pain free, without increased pain).
If the exercise you are doing causes you increased pain at the region of your symptoms or causes a new, non exercise type soreness, STOP! If we are currently working together, please bring this up to us so we can improve you exercise form or chose a better exercise for you. If you are trying these on your own, please discontinue any exercise that is painful, and feel free to contact my office for a consultation so we may develop a program that is correct for you and your needs.
